Lynne Scalo has more than a decade of interior design experience. Her sophisticated yet functional design aesthetic reflects her ability to seamlessly blend modern glamour with classic elegance, transcending both staid traditionalism and faddish trends instilling timelessness to all her projects.

Integrating architecture and interior design with the clients’ lifestyle is paramount in Lynne’s designs, whether an urban residence or a country retreat. Lynne has completed projects in Greenwich, Southport, Darien, Westport, New Canaan, Westchester County, New York City, the Hamptons, Nantucket, Palm Beach, Aspen, London, and Frankfurt to name a few. A keen observer of the nuances of life, Lynne’s design is widely respected for the art and integrity shown in her work.

A world traveler with an eye for fashion and an extensive background in fine arts, Lynne works with her clients on developing and expanding their art collections. Her award winning designs can be seen in numerous publications from Interiors, Luxe, the New York Times, Hamptons, Interior Design, NY Cottages & Gardens, and a variety of chic books about luxury home design. Lynne has served as Editor at Large for interior design magazines covering Art Basel, High Point Market, Serendipity, and Maison & Objet in Paris. Lynne has appeared on various speaking panels including The New York Times, Architectural Digest. Her work has been shown through her participation in several Showhouses including Kips Bay in New York City, Rooms With a View in Southport, Connecticut, and the Hamptons Designer Showhouse.

Most recently Lynne appeared on NBC Open House NYC showcasing her designs in Westport, CT.
